How to produce Knitwear

The main raw material for the production of knitwear is yarn. After the yarn of the desired content is found from the yarn manufacturer, an order is given for the desired color. This color can be dyed or from the selected catalog of colors. The yarn producing company delivers the yarn dyed and ready. After the selected model of knitwear is drawn on the special computers (Stoll M1 Plus) and the size settings are prepared, the program is transferred to the knitting machines. The yarn is placed in the knitting machines. A complete sweater is made for sample size, accuracy and touch. After the pieces that make up the garment are combined and the sweater is complete, the production sample is approved and the knitting machines start to knit the desired pieces. Production in knitting machines continues day and night. The pieces that come out are packaged together, without mixing the sizes, and sent for washing. In the washing process, the goods are washed and the shrinkage is provided. The products that come back are sewn to be assembled easily after going to the printing press or embroiderer if there is printing or embroidery this takes place. After sewing labels and washing instructions, if there is a button to be placed on the product they are sent to the buttonhole company. When the products from buttonhole button company are received, they are sent to the ironing department and are checked for internal cleaning. The goods that are ironed and in the desired measurement table are sent to the packaging department for a final control and packaging. The products with stained or faulty areas (sewing or weaving faults) are separated and repaired. The products with the correct labels attached are placed in boxes with written quantities inside and the destination is attatched to the box. Quantities and size distributions are delivered to the accounting department for billing and shippment to the customer.
